Terms of service
Effective 12 October 2026
In force from 12 October 2026. Last revised 12 October 2026.
About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Wonop ApS, registered in Denmark under number 41904143, of Klokagervej 26, 9800 Hjørring, Denmark ("PagesPrinter", "we", "us"). They apply when you create an account, use the dashboard at app.pagesprinter.com, call the API or the MCP server at api.pagesprinter.com, or publish a site with us.
If you use PagesPrinter for a business or another organisation, you accept these terms on its behalf and confirm that you may do so. PagesPrinter is made for people who run a site as part of their trade, business or profession. If you are a consumer, the rights that consumer law gives you still apply and nothing in these terms takes them away.
These documents form part of these terms:
- the acceptable use policy, which says what may not be hosted, sold, collected or mailed;
- the data processing agreement, which covers the personal data of your site's visitors that we process for you;
- the privacy policy, which explains what we do with your own personal data, and the cookie notice.
The service
PagesPrinter hosts static sites and the apps that run on them.
- Preview and releases. Each site has one editable preview, served at an address on pagesprinter.page, and numbered production releases, served on the domains you connect. A release cannot be edited; you promote a new one or roll back to an earlier one. We keep the newest 10 releases of each site.
- Domains. You may connect a domain only after you have shown that you control it. We may also give each site a free address under a domain we own.
- Apps. A site can use the apps we offer, such as forms, sign-ups and guides, member sign-in, posts and pages, books, courses, memberships and licence keys. Which apps your team can use is shown in the dashboard.
- API, MCP and agents. Everything the dashboard does can also be done with the REST API or the MCP server and an API key, including by an AI agent you choose to connect.
- What we don't do. We don't run your build, run your server-side code or host a database for you. We don't write, check or approve the content of your site, unless one of our automated checks or a report brings it to our attention (see Reports, moderation and takedowns).
Accounts, teams and API keys
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. Keep access to that mailbox safe: anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
Each account belongs to one or more teams. A team's Owners and Admins invite people, give them roles, create API keys and accept these terms for the team. You are responsible for the people you invite and for every API key your team creates, including keys you give to an AI agent. Whatever is done with a key counts as done by the team that owns it. Revoke a key as soon as you no longer trust where it is.
Some sensitive actions, such as deleting a site or refunding a buyer, ask you to confirm from your email even when you are signed in.
Before your site collects anything from visitors (sign-ups, form answers, member sign-in or payments), an Owner or Admin accepts the current version of these terms for the team in the dashboard. We record which version was accepted, by whom and when. When we publish a new version, the team accepts it again before its site collects anything new.
Plans, fees and limits
Each team has one plan. Plans, prices and limits are shown on the pricing page, in USD. Prices include VAT where it applies.
While we don't charge. At launch PagesPrinter does not take payment for plans. Every team gets the plan named in its dashboard at no cost. We will give team Owners at least 30 days' notice by email before we start charging. You can then choose a paid plan or delete your sites; nothing is charged without your choice.
When plans are paid. Plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider, Stripe. You can change or cancel your plan at any time. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. We don't refund part months unless the law requires it. If a payment fails or a plan ends, your sites keep serving for 7 days. After that, visitors see a page saying the site is offline until a plan is active again. Your files and releases are kept while your account exists, unless you delete them.
Limits. The limits on the pricing page apply to every team, such as storage, number of files, file size and number of domains. We may also set limits on how much a site may send or collect, for example how many emails a new team's site may send while it is new. We tell you in the dashboard when you reach a limit.
Changes. We may change plans, prices and limits. We email team Owners at least 30 days before a price rise or a lower limit affects them, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
Your content
You keep every right you have in the files, text, images and other content you upload or that your site collects ("your content").
You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, transform and serve your content, only as far as we need to run PagesPrinter for you. For example, we copy your preview into a release, resize an image, render your Markdown, generate files such as a sitemap when you ask us to, and send a page to a visitor. The licence ends when your content is deleted from our systems, except for copies we must keep by law or to settle a dispute.
You confirm that you have the rights to publish what you upload, including fonts, images and the text of books and courses, and that it follows the acceptable use policy. When you upload a font you confirm that its licence allows it to be served on the web from your site.
Keep your own copy of your site. The API lets you download your files at any time.
Your visitors and their data
Your site's visitors deal with you, not with us. You decide what your site asks for, what it sells and what it does with the answers.
For your visitors' personal data, such as form answers, contacts, members, buyers and licence activations, you are the controller and we are your processor. The data processing agreement applies to that processing and is part of these terms.
You give your visitors the information the law requires before your site collects anything. PagesPrinter offers a privacy page for your site that you can fill in with your name and postal address; you remain responsible for its content.
Mail from your site. Your site does not send mail of its own through PagesPrinter. We send only system mail on its behalf, from fixed templates and from our sending domain: a guide or download a visitor asked for, sign-in codes, receipts and access to what a buyer bought, newsletter confirmations, and your team's own notifications. You may add a short note to some of these. Every message carries a link to stop mail from your site and a link to report it. We stop sending to an address that hard-bounces or marks our mail as spam, on every site.
Selling through your site
PagesPrinter is a platform. We are not the seller of what you sell, and we are not a party to the contract between you and your buyer.
- Your own Stripe account. To sell, you connect your own Stripe account. Your buyers pay you directly, into that account. You accept Stripe's own terms when you open it, and Stripe, not PagesPrinter, holds and pays out your money.
- You are the merchant of record. You are the seller to your buyers. You are responsible for your prices, your terms of sale, your refund policy, invoices, tax (including VAT and sales tax), consumer law and any licence you need, in every country you sell to. Your Stripe account's public business name is shown to buyers. If you turn on a Stripe service that makes Stripe the seller instead, Stripe's terms decide who the seller is.
- What we do. We provide the pages, the checkout, the delivery of what was bought (downloads, access, licence keys) and the records you see in your dashboard. We offer a terms of sale page you can fill in; you remain responsible for its content.
- Refunds and disputes. You decide on refunds and handle disputes and chargebacks in your Stripe account. PagesPrinter mirrors the outcome: a refund or a lost dispute ends the buyer's access, an open dispute suspends it and a won dispute restores it. If a payment completes while your selling is paused, it is refunded automatically and the buyer is told.
- Fees. PagesPrinter takes no fee on your sales at launch. Stripe charges its own fees to your Stripe account. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before introducing a fee on sales.
- Pausing and changing your account. We may pause selling on a site, or refuse a Stripe account, when what is sold breaks the acceptable use policy, when Stripe asks us to, or when buyers are at risk. Changing or disconnecting the Stripe account behind a site takes effect after 24 hours, and every Owner and Admin of the team is told.
Reports, moderation and takedowns
How to report. Anyone can report content on PagesPrinter with the report form, by email to abuse@pagesprinter.com, or with the report link in any email a site sends. A report should give the full address of the content, explain why it is illegal or breaks our rules, and, where the law asks for it, the reporter's name and email address and a statement that the report is made in good faith.
How we moderate. We review reports and act on them without undue delay. We also use automated checks: we check outside links on forms and guides, and the pages of a newly connected domain, against Google's Web Risk lists of malware and phishing addresses; we scan uploaded files for malware when our scanner is running; and we pause a site's mail when its bounce or complaint rate is too high. A person reviews every decision to take content down after a report.
What we can do. When content is illegal or breaks these terms or the acceptable use policy, we may stop serving a single file, a page, a form or guide, or the whole site; pause its forms, mail or selling; limit the team; or suspend the account. Visitors to content we have taken down see a notice that it is unavailable (HTTP status 451). A takedown applies to everyone, including people who have bought access. For phishing, malware and other urgent risks we act first and then tell you.
What we tell you. When we restrict your content or your account we email the team's Owners a statement of reasons: what we restricted, the facts and the rule or law we relied on, whether the decision used automated means, and how to respond. You can reply to abuse@pagesprinter.com to explain, fix the problem or ask us to review the decision. A person who did not take the original decision reviews it, and we lift the restriction if it was wrong. You can also use any out-of-court dispute settlement body or court that the law makes available.
Repeated or serious breaches. We may suspend for a reasonable period, or end, the account of a team that often publishes clearly illegal content, and we may stop handling reports from someone who often sends clearly unfounded ones. Before suspending we warn you, unless the risk is too urgent.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend a site, a team or an account, or end these terms with it, when it breaks these terms or the acceptable use policy, when it puts visitors, other teams or our infrastructure at risk, when a plan is unpaid after the 7 days described above, or when the law or an authority requires it. Where we can, we tell you first and give you time to fix the problem.
You may stop using PagesPrinter at any time by deleting your sites and asking us to delete your account.
We may end these terms for convenience with at least 30 days' notice by email. You then have that time to download your content.
Deleting sites and your account
Deleting a site. An Owner deletes a site from its settings. We email a confirmation link that works once, for 45 minutes. Then:
- If nobody has bought anything from the site and no licence keys are in use, the site is deleted at once: its files in storage, its releases, its domains, its apps and their data.
- If the site has buyers, it closes instead. Its pages leave production straight away, but buyers can still sign in, reach their library and download what they bought for 90 days. After the 90 days the site and its data are deleted as above.
- If licence keys sold through the site are in use, the licence service keeps answering for those keys, without issuing new ones, for 24 months, so your customers' software keeps working. After that it answers that the store is closed.
Deleting your account. Write to hello@pagesprinter.com from the address you sign in with and we will delete your account with you. Deleting an account deletes the teams it alone owns and their sites, as described above. Some records are kept after deletion where the law requires it or for our legitimate interests, as described in the privacy policy.
Download anything you want to keep before you delete it. Deleted content cannot be restored.
Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep PagesPrinter running and secure, but we don't promise a particular level of availability. We may need to stop the service briefly for maintenance or because of events outside our control.
We may change, add or remove features. If we remove a feature you pay for, or one your site depends on, we tell team Owners at least 30 days before, unless security or the law requires faster action.
Warranties
We provide PagesPrinter with reasonable skill and care. Apart from that, and to the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is". We don't promise that it will meet every need you have, that it will be free of errors, or that our automated checks will catch every harmful link or file.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or any other liability the law does not allow to be limited.
To the extent the law allows:
- neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data;
- our total liability under or in connection with these terms is limited to the fees the team paid PagesPrinter in the 12 months before the claim, and at least USD 100.
We are not responsible for what you sell or publish, for your dealings with your buyers and visitors, or for services you choose to connect, such as your Stripe account, your domain registrar or an AI agent.
Your responsibility for your site
You will compensate us for reasonable costs, losses and claims by third parties that arise because your content, your sales or your use of PagesPrinter broke the law or these terms. We will tell you promptly about such a claim and let you take part in handling it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We post every new version on this page with its date. For a change that affects you materially, we email team Owners at least 30 days before it takes effect, and the team accepts the new version in the dashboard before its site collects anything new. If you don't agree with a change, you may stop using PagesPrinter before it takes effect. A change required by law or for security may take effect sooner.
General
- Law and courts. These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Disputes go to the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark, unless the law gives you the right to go to the courts where you live.
- Notices. We send notices to the email address of the team's Owners. Send notices to us at legal@pagesprinter.com.
- Assignment. We may transfer these terms to a company that takes over PagesPrinter, and we will tell you if we do. You may transfer them only with our written agreement.
- Whole agreement. These terms, with the documents listed at the top, are the whole agreement about PagesPrinter between you and us. If a part of them is invalid, the rest still applies.
