Effective 12 October 2026

In force from 12 October 2026. Last revised 12 October 2026.

In short

PagesPrinter sets only cookies that are strictly necessary for something you asked for: staying signed in, finishing a form, opening a private preview or completing a purchase. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and no third-party scripts on pagesprinter.com or in the dashboard, so there is no consent banner. Necessary cookies don't need consent under the ePrivacy rules.

pagesprinter.com

This site sets no cookies and loads nothing from other companies.

The dashboard and the API

app.pagesprinter.com and api.pagesprinter.com share one cookie.

CookieWhat it doesHow long
idYour signed-in session. It holds a random identifier; your session is stored on our servers. Signed, sent only over HTTPS, not readable by scripts, and scoped to pagesprinter.com, never to the sites we hostUntil you sign out, or 365 days without use

The dashboard also keeps a few settings in your browser's local storage, such as drafts you have not saved yet and which panels you had open. They never leave your browser unless you save them.

Sites hosted on PagesPrinter

These cookies are set on the address of the site you are visiting, only when you use the feature they belong to. All are sent only to that site, not readable by scripts, and (apart from __pp_preview on a local test address) sent only over HTTPS.

CookieWhat it doesHow long
__pp_previewRemembers that you opened a private preview link with a valid token, so you don't have to use the link again on that preview addressUntil you close the browser
__Host-pp_f_…Keeps your place in a form you are filling in, so a reload doesn't lose your answersUntil you close the browser; it stops working an hour after you finish the form
__Host-pp_pendingCarries your email address, sealed, between asking for a sign-in code and typing it30 minutes
__Host-pp_memberKeeps you signed in as a member of the site, so you can read what you have access to30 days, renewed while you use the site
__Host-pp_checkoutLinks your browser to the checkout you started, so the purchase reaches you30 minutes
__Host-pp_teamLets a member of the site owner's team see unpublished drafts on the live site12 hours

Cookies the site owner adds

A site's owner can add their own code to their site, including scripts from other companies that set cookies. Those cookies are the site owner's responsibility, not ours, and the site owner must ask for your consent where the law requires it. If a site embeds a video, the video provider may set its own cookies when the video loads.

Turning cookies off

You can block or delete cookies in your browser's settings. If you block the cookies above, the features they belong to stop working: you can't stay signed in, finish a form across reloads or complete a purchase.
