Acceptable use policy
Effective 12 October 2026
In force from 12 October 2026. Last revised 12 October 2026.
Who this applies to
This policy applies to everything hosted on PagesPrinter, on preview addresses, on free addresses and on connected domains alike, and to every person and every AI agent that uses a PagesPrinter account or API key. It is part of the terms of service. A team is responsible for what its members and its keys do.
Content you may not host or link to
- phishing pages, or pages that imitate another organisation's sign-in, payment or support pages;
- malware, including drive-by downloads, exploit kits, and scripts that mine cryptocurrency in visitors' browsers;
- child sexual abuse material, which we remove and report to the competent authorities;
- terrorist content, or content that incites violence or hatred against people because of who they are;
- content that harasses, threatens or doxxes an individual, or intimate images shared without consent;
- content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights, including fonts, books and courses you have no licence to publish;
- pages whose purpose is spam, scams, fraud or deceptive marketing;
- personal data about other people that you have no lawful basis to publish;
- anything else that is illegal in Denmark, in the European Union, or where you or your visitors are.
What forms and sign-ups may not do
- ask for passwords, card numbers, security codes, bank or government sign-in details, or national identity numbers;
- ask for health data or other special categories of personal data unless you have a lawful basis and say so to the visitor;
- pretend to be another organisation, or collect answers for someone the visitor would not expect;
- add an address to a list without the visitor's consent, or ignore a request to stop;
- give away files that carry scripts, macros, installers or other active content.
What you may not sell
You sell through your own Stripe account, so Stripe's own list of restricted and prohibited businesses also applies to you, and Stripe may refuse or close your account under it. In addition, you may not use PagesPrinter to sell:
- anything on the list of content above;
- illegal goods or services, or anything you are not licensed to sell where you sell it;
- weapons, drugs, tobacco or nicotine products, or prescription medicines;
- gambling, lotteries or games of chance for money;
- adult sexual content or services;
- financial products, investment schemes, cryptocurrency offerings, or get-rich-quick and multi-level marketing schemes;
- counterfeit goods, or access to accounts, software or content you have no right to resell;
- anything that promises results it cannot deliver, such as guaranteed income or medical cures.
You give buyers what you promised, honour their legal rights to withdraw and to refunds, and answer their questions. Selling depends on your Stripe account staying in good standing.
PagesPrinter sends mail on your site's behalf only from fixed templates (see the terms). You may not:
- use a form, guide or sign-up to send mail to people who did not ask for it;
- import or add addresses you did not collect through your site with consent;
- write a note in a message that is misleading, offensive or advertises something the recipient did not ask about.
If a site's mail bounces or draws complaints at a rate that harms delivery for everyone, we pause that site's mail automatically and tell you.
Using the service and the infrastructure
You may not:
- try to reach another team's sites, files, keys or data;
- probe, scan, overload or attack PagesPrinter, or get around rate limits, quotas or our checks;
- use PagesPrinter as a file locker, a proxy, a redirect service or for anything other than serving a site;
- use preview or free addresses to hide where content comes from, or to send traffic from mail or ads to content that would break this policy;
- connect a domain you don't control, or keep serving on a domain after you lose the right to it;
- share an account between people instead of inviting them to the team;
- let an AI agent act with a key in a way you would not be allowed to act yourself.
What happens when this policy is broken
We decide on each case. Depending on how serious and how urgent it is, we may:
- ask you to fix the problem by a deadline;
- stop serving a file, a page, a form or guide, or the whole site;
- pause a site's forms, mail or selling;
- refuse to publish or promote content that fails our safety checks;
- limit your team, suspend your account, or end it.
For phishing, malware, child sexual abuse material and other urgent risks we act first and then tell you. Every restriction comes with a statement of reasons and a way to ask us to review it, as described in the terms. Where we suspect a criminal offence that threatens someone's life or safety, we tell the competent authorities.
Reporting
Report content that breaks this policy with the report form, by email to abuse@pagesprinter.com, or with the report link in any email a site sends. Give the full address and explain what is wrong. If you report a copyright or trademark infringement, include your name and email address and say which work or mark is infringed. If you give an email address, we confirm that we received your report and tell you what we decided.
